How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $199. Your rate depends on expense volume. We'll give you an exact number after looking at your accounts.
My books are a mess. Can you fix them?
Yes. We do catch-up work to get everything current and accurate. Pricing depends on how far back we need to go and how much cleanup is involved.
Is there a contract?
No. This is a month-to-month service. You can cancel anytime.
How do I send you documents?
We use a secure portal for uploads. Takes a few minutes to set up and we'll walk you through it.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. Everything happens remotely. We're based in Saratoga Springs if you prefer to meet, but most clients never need to.
Do I need QuickBooks?
We work with QuickBooks Online or Xero. If you don't have either, we'll help you get set up.
What do I need to do each month?
Grant us access to your bank feeds and upload any receipts we can't pull automatically. Most clients spend less than 15 minutes a month on this.
Do you handle payroll?
Yes. We handle payroll processing, tax deposits, quarterly filings, and year-end W-2s.
Can you help with fundraising?
Yes. We prepare investor-ready financials and help you get your books in shape for due diligence. We've helped clients raise over $30 million.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a few days of our first call. If your books need cleanup, we start there. If they're current, we move straight to monthly service.
